Figma-to-Gulp Automation Agent

A focused automation tool (figma-to-gulp.md + integrate-component.js) that connects Figma component data to an existing gulp2026 build system.

What I did

• Defined a strict JSON manifest contract describing each component's structure, tokens, and states
• Wrote an integration script that generates SCSS/BEM partials, HTML includes (gulp-file-include), and SVG sprite entries from the manifest
• Kept the generated code compatible with the existing vanilla TypeScript conventions of the project
• Iterated on edge cases: nested components, responsive variants, and state-based styling

Result

New Figma components can be integrated into the build system with a predictable, repeatable process instead of manual copy-pasting of markup and styles.
